How we test

Trust is everything for a review site, so here’s exactly how we work.

Our process

• We research the market and shortlist the models most relevant to Singapore homes and prices.
• We test hands-on where possible — in real HDB flats and condos, on the floors, dust and layouts you actually have.
• We judge on the things that decide daily use: performance, reliability, noise, maintenance and value — not just spec sheets.
• We re-check prices and availability regularly, and update rankings as new models launch.
• We disclose affiliate relationships and never let them influence a ranking.

Independence

We buy or independently source products where we can. We do not accept payment for a higher ranking. If a product is provided by a brand for testing, we say so.
